Tyler Pelan is one of the best photographers in Louisville so when he asked us to design his logo, I felt pretty special. He wanted it to reflect his style of photography and I think we did that pretty well. Check out lightinghisworld.com to see some of his work.
We just finished a nice little/not so little site for Dr. Scott Henson of PacificNW Ortho way out in Wilsonville, Oregon. Dr. Henson has been great to work with and if you’re ever in Wilsonville, Oregon, he’d be the man to talk to about straightening those pearly whites of yours.
This is another site that uses Wordpress 2.5.1 as the CMS. It has some great features on the homepage using Javascript that you should check out if you get a chance. My personal favorite feature is the embedded Google map that allows you to get directions to his office without leaving the site. NICE!
Blue Bus Cafe has given Christian Academy School Systems a great new blogging tool. We designed the system using Wordpress MU (multi-user) and provided several templates for the teachers to choose from. Now the teachers can keep parents and students up-to-date on assignments and upcoming events. We really enjoyed working with the folks from Christian Academy and hope to work with them again soon.

Color Anywear (get it, wearables, clever) came to us to design a logo for their new online wearable creation experience. You should check it out. www.coloranywear.com
I wanted the logo to feel clean and yet still incorporate the inviting flow of fabric. Many colors were presented and the red was chosen. The client also wanted to add the liquid effect to give it more depth. I think it turned out pretty nice.
We recently designed preferredprosthodontics.com — a site for Louisville Prosthodontist Dr. John Anderson to coincide with the launch of his new practice. Preferred Prosthodontics was established to help patients who have complex cases in which restoration or replacement of teeth is required. Their goal is to help you obtain, keep and maintain a dentition that is comfortable, functional and aesthetically pleasing for the rest of your life. We used Wordpress as the CMS so that Dr. Anderson will be able to add images, case studies and video. It turned out pretty good.
SWIMserve.com is a mobilizing platform for college students ready to solve the world’s water problems. Find templates, tools, projects, stories, ideas, networking, and eventually do a project yourself virtually anywhere in the world.
This site was created to highlight new songs for worship, rich in Christian theology. Contemporary hymns, psalms, songs of lament and praise written by members of the Louisville, KY-based Sojourn Community.
It’s a site that keeps with the flow of sojournchurch.com while offering a new venue focused on the music community at Sojourn. Check it out.
We’ve been working along-side EDGE Outreach and Mark’s Feed Store to come up with a new program that will help alleviate the water epidemic around the world. Mark’s is going to donate a percentage of the sale of every bottled water they sell to this effort. We came up with the program and the labels for the bottle. It’s exciting work and can’t wait to see some results.
